A Yoga Journey
Oh hey! I’m Jess.

I am a passionate and dedicated certified yoga teacher, free sprit, and student of life. My fascination for yoga and mindfulness began in my early twenties, shortly after my daughter was born. I attended a class at a local recreation centre where I fell in love with the practice and everything it offers. The profound connection I felt to myself set me on a lifelong journey of self-discovery while fulfilling my passion for helping others to do the same. As I continue on this path, I find myself more eager to deepen my understanding of yoga and mindfulness and all that it has to offer.
I have had the absolute pleasure of being trained by some of the most wonderful, knowledgable and passionate teachers in the yoga community. Completing my 200 hour YTT at my local studio in British Columbia, I studied Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa Yoga as well as Pranayama (breath-work). I feel incredibly honoured to have been divinely guided to this opportunity and vow to continue to deepen my knowledge and practice, and carry the lineage forward with integrity.
My offerings are designed to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for your exploration and growth while cultivating connection to mind, body and spirit. I believe that through regular practice of yoga and mindfulness we can peace within ourselves that will stay with us consistently throughout our lives.
I will always encourage you to listen to your body and remember to take rests when you feel necessary. It is your practice and wherever you are in your practice is completely ok.
As I continue to pursue this journey, I plan to continue to explore different areas of yoga and mindfulness to share with my students.
